Claims (1)
- 均質バルブおよび均質バルブシートの相対面す
る両端面に、同心円状に交互に連続した山部と谷
部を形成し、該両端面の山部と谷部を互に噛み合
わせて弁部を形成した均質装置において、上記山
部の頂部と谷部の底部との合致部の全部または一
部に小空隙を形成したことを特徴とする、均質装
置の均質バルブまたは均質バルブシート。
