Claims (1)
- 圧縮機１、室内熱交換機２、室外熱交換機３並
びに膨張弁４を含む冷暖房回路と、貯湯槽５、ポ
ンプ１４、第１、第２給湯用熱交換機１５，１６
、流量制御弁１７を含む温水回路６とを備え、冷
暖房回路に第１、第２四方切換弁１８，１９を介
挿して第１、第２四方切換弁１８，１９のポート
切り換えにより冷房サイクルと暖房サイクルの切
り換えをなすと共に、圧縮機１と第１四方切換弁
１８との間に第２給湯用熱交換機１６を介挿し、
膨張弁４の前に第１給湯用熱交換機１５を介挿し
、冷房給湯運転時に常時室外熱交換機３のフアン
を駆動させておくことを特徴とする冷暖房・給湯
装置。
