Description
第１図はこの考案による電力増幅装置の一実施
例を示す図、第２図は従来の電力増幅装置の一実
施例を示す図である。 図において、１１〜１Ｎは電力増幅器、２は電
力合成器、３は電力分配器、４は電力増幅器駆動
回路、５は検波器、６は方向性結合器、７は高周
波入力端子、８は高周波出力端子、９は可変減衰
器駆動回路、１０は可変減衰器である。なお、図
中同一あるいは相当のものには同一符号を付して
示してある。
例を示す図、第２図は従来の電力増幅装置の一実
施例を示す図である。 図において、１１〜１Ｎは電力増幅器、２は電
力合成器、３は電力分配器、４は電力増幅器駆動
回路、５は検波器、６は方向性結合器、７は高周
波入力端子、８は高周波出力端子、９は可変減衰
器駆動回路、１０は可変減衰器である。なお、図
中同一あるいは相当のものには同一符号を付して
示してある。
Claims (1)
- 互いに並列に配列した複数の高周波用の電力増
幅器と、上記した複数の各電力増幅器それぞれに
高周波信号を分配供給する電力合成器と、上記し
た複数の各電力増幅器それぞれから出力される高
周波信号を合成する電力合成器とで構成される電
力増幅装置において、上記電力合成器の出力電力
を分岐する方向性結合器と、上記方向性結合器の
結合端子から出力される電力を検波する検波器と
、上記検波器の検波電圧のレベルによつて上記し
た各電力増幅器のバイアス電力を決め、この電圧
を上記した各電力増幅器それぞれに印加するため
の電力増幅器駆動回路とを設けたことを特徴とす
る電力増幅装置。
