ツド、７は検波器、８はループフイルタ、９は可
変減衰器である。なお、図中同一符号は同一又は
相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１のハイブリツドと、第１のハイブリツドの
    ２つの出力端に接続される２つの単位増幅器と、
    ２つの単位増幅器の出力を合成する第２のハイブ
    リツドと、上記第１のハイブリツドの４つ目の端
    子に接続される検波器と、検波器出力を増幅する
    ループフイルタと、ループフイルタの出力により
    、上記第１のハイブリツドへの入力電力レベルを
    制御する可変減衰器とで構成したことを特徴とす
    る電力合成増幅器。
