はＡ／Ｄ変換部、６は制御部、７は増幅アンプ部

一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 被測定物の多点測定点の温度を、多数の熱伝対
を用いて各所の温度に相当する微小電圧に変換し
た後、各々の出力電圧を順次スキヤンしながら測
定し、その電圧をデイジタルに変換して、外部制
御装置に送出する多点温度測定装置において、ス
キヤン部にアナログスイツチを用いるとともに、
アナログスイツチの前段に増幅アンプを備えたこ
とを特徴とする温度測定装置。
