央部に絶縁ワツシヤー16およびEリング17を
介して嵌合してなり、かつその開口部側が上記ス
テータ9に取付けられるキヤツプ状のカバー18
とから構成されている。ここで、図に示すように
可動側電極12の一部には回転止突出部12aが
設けられているとともにカバー18の一部にはそ
れと当接して外軸13の回転角度を規制する回転
止突起部18aが設けられている。また、ステー
タ9、誘電体14および可動側電極12は軸受1
1の鍔部11aと外軸13の先端かしめ部との間
に取付けられている。上記可動側電極12は、外
軸13、導通バネ10および軸受11を通じてセ
