は、上記中間ギヤ11を回転自在に固定するため
にシヤーシ軸25が必要となり、このシヤーシ軸
25は印刷配線基板10にネジ26で固定され

は本考案の一実施例を示す。第1図〜第3図にお
いて、同調ツマミ3のギヤ部7と中間ギヤ11の
ギヤ部6とバリコンドラム5のギヤ部1が噛み合
い、同調ツマミ3を回転させることにより、バリ
コンドラム5が回転する構造となつている。中間
ギヤ11の固定は組立作業時は中間ギヤ11の係
合部16により印刷配線基板10に仮係合され、
中間ギヤ11の脱落を防止している。セツトの完
成状態においては第2図に示すようにキヤビネツ
ト2に一体で形成された成形ボス13が中間ギヤ
11の軸受部15に挿入されて回転軸となる。同
調ツマミ3の固定はキヤビネツト2に一体で形成
された回転軸14,19により回転自在に固定さ
れる。キヤビネツトに設けられるストツパーリブ
18,21は同調ツマミ3の軸方向のガタツキを
防止するために設けられているものである。指針
9と一体で形成されているラツク8は同調ツマミ
3のギヤ部17と噛み合い同調ツマミ3を回転さ
せることにより、摺動自在に動くように構成され
ている。バリコンドラム5の固定は印刷配線基板
10に半田付け固定されているバリコン4にネジ
12で固定される。尚実施例においてはバリコン
ドラム5と中間ギヤ11と同調ツマミ3が一直線
上に並んでいるが、ギヤの噛み合いさえ確実であ
れば一直線上に並ぶ必要はまつたくない。このよ
うなダイヤル装置の組立作業の順序としては、同
調ツマミ3をラツク8と噛み合わせながら回転軸
19に挿入する。次に印刷配線基板10に設けら
れた貫通孔24に中間ギヤ11の係合部16を挿
入し係合孔23の方向に移動させる。係合孔23
の外形は中間ギヤ1の回転軸22よりもやや大き
く、係合部16よりも小さな外形に設計する。
