この圧電振動素子と一体に形成された枠体とより
なる中板を、上板と下板により挟持してなり、全
体として略直方体の超薄型圧電振動子であつて、
前記中板に形成された励振電極の一方は表面の長
手方向の一端部に引出され、他方は裏面の他端部
に引出されるとともに、少なくとも前記上板の長
手方向一端部と前記下板の他端部に切り欠きを設
け、かつ長手方向両端にこの切り欠きを含んで引
出電極を形成したことを特徴とする超薄型圧電振
