- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 強化繊維よりなる繊維成形体を用いてラン
ド部を強化した内燃機関用繊維強化軽合金製ピス
トンにおいて、前記ランド部外周面とシリンダボ
ア内周面との間にラビリンスを形成し得るように
、前記繊維成形体の外周部を前記ランド部の外周
面より突出させたことを特徴とする内燃機関用繊
維強化軽合金製ピストン。 (2) 前記強化繊維の直径を１〜４０μｍに、ま
た前記繊維成形体の繊維体積率を５〜４５％に、
さらに前記ランド部外周面からの、前記繊維成形
体外周部の突出長さを１０〜１００μｍにそれぞ
