- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 プラテン１に沿つて移動可能なキヤリツジ３，
２０と、 そのキヤリツジ３，２０上において供給部材１
８から巻取り部材１９に給送される印字リボン１
７を前記キヤリツジ３，２０上の所定位置で案内
する一対の固定リボンガイド１２，１３と、 その一対の固定リボンガイド１２，１３間に配
置される印字ヘツド６と、 その印字ヘツド６の両側に設けられ、その印字
ヘツド６の移動とともに前記印字リボン１７を移
動案内可能な可動リボンガイド７，８と、 前記印字ヘツド６をプラテン１に圧接する印字
位置とプラテン１から離間するリリース位置とに
移動させる移動手段５，２２であつて、前記印字
ヘツド６が印字位置にあるときの可動リボンガイ
ド７，８と固定リボンガイド１２，１３間の印字
リボン１７の長さと、前記印字ヘツド６がリリー
ス位置にあるときの前記長さが略等しくなるよう
に前記印字ヘツド６を移動させる移動手段５，２
