Claims (1)

の外周面と中間筒の内周面との間に形成するとと
もに、中間筒には排気路と連通する排気孔が形成

の捕集装置。 (3) 前記容器本体は筒体とそれに取り付けた筒
状のシール材で構成し、前記排気路を、前記蓋体
の筒部の外周面と前記シール材の内周面との間に

記蓋体の外面の一部とにより、前記排気路に連通
