力が作用した時にこの解離力を圧縮力として受け
てロツク部材のタングプレートからの解離を阻止
するリンクと、リンクをバツクル本体に対して回
転させてロツク部材をタングプレートから解離さ
せる解離操作部材と、を備えていることを特徴と
