限部材と、ロツクプレートをタングプレートとの
係合方向へ付勢する第１の付勢手段と、制限部材
をロツクプレート揺動阻止方向へ付勢する第２の
付勢手段と、乗員のウエビング装着解除時にロツ
クプレートを駆動しタングプレートとの係合を解
除する解除ボタンと、解除ボタンの作動により前
記制限部材のロツクプレート移動阻止状態を解除
