重に接続してなる電力変換装置の概略回路図を表
わす。

て相互が逆並列回路を形成する如くにしてなる結
合体の、前記ＧＴＯ素子とフリーホイリングダイ
オードとの接合部から１個の端子を引き出すとと
もに、該端子が引き出される側と反対側に位置す
る一方の前記放熱用フインの一端に別の端子を設
