子２３，２４の陰陽極間にリレー２５とダイオー
ド２８を直列に接続した回路に、リレー２９の常
閉接点３０とリレー３１の常閉接点３２を直列に
接続し、更に充電端子２３，２４へバツテリ３９
の極性を逆に接続した時に、通電するようにダイ
オード３３が介在された定電圧電源回路３４にリ
レー２９を接続すると共に、上記リレー３１を充
電電流検出器３６内に設けたことを特徴とするエ
