【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 有底円筒状の外装金属ケース内に電気容量
素子である所定数のコイン状セルを挿入するとと
もに、上記外装金属ケースの開口部より外側に突
出するリード端子をそれぞれ有する第1および第
2の電極板を電気絶縁板を挾んで重ね合わせた電
極ユニツトをその第1の電極板が上記セルに電気
的に接触するように上記外装金属ケースの開口部
内に配置し、上記外装金属ケースの開口部を内側
に向けてかしめてその端縁を上記第2の電極板に
機械的かつ電気的に接合してなる電気二重層コン
デンサにおいて、 上記外装金属ケースの開口部にその軸線方向に
沿つて平行な1対のスリツトを設けて折曲げ可能
な舌片を形成するとともに、上記電極ユニツト側
に該舌片と係合可能な係合溝を設け、上記電極ユ
ニツトを上記ケース開口部内に配置したのち、上
記舌片を内側に折曲げて上記係合溝に係合するこ
とを特徴とする電気二重層コンデンサ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)において、上記
係合溝は上記第2の電極板から上記電気絶縁板に
かけて形成されていることを特徴とする電気二重
層コンデンサ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)において、上記
係合溝は上記第2の電極板に形成されていること
