モジユールによつて腐蝕性液体の加熱または冷却
を行い、それによつて該液体の温度を制御するよ
うにした温度制御装置において、 上記腐蝕性液体の加熱または冷却を行う熱交換
器を、熱伝導性の良好な材料により形成して少な
くとも外面の一部を平面にした伝熱体内に、耐蝕
性材料よりなる導管をモールドし、上記伝熱体上
の平面にサーモモジユールの表面を密接させるこ
