同螺筒5の左右両側に夫々左右各リンク6の基端
を枢着し、同各リンク6の先端に鉄骨柱のフラン
ジ挾持用のコ字状金具7を枢着し、同各コ字状金
具7に締付用ボルト8を螺装してなることを特徴
