[Detailed description of the invention] [Technical field] The present invention is a ceiling plate in which a plurality of ceiling bars each having an approximately inverted T-shaped cross section are arranged in a lattice pattern and suspended from a ceiling slab, and the ceiling bars are arranged between the ceiling bars. This invention relates to a structure for maintaining airtightness between a ceiling bar and a ceiling plate in a ceiling constructed by placing the edges of the ceiling bars on horizontal ceiling receiving pieces at the lower ends of the ceiling bars.

Conventionally, a plurality of ceiling bars 1 having a substantially inverted T-shaped cross section are arranged in a grid pattern and suspended from a ceiling slab, and the edge of the ceiling plate 2 arranged between the ceiling bars 1 is connected to the lower end of the ceiling bar 1. In a ceiling constructed by being placed on a horizontal ceiling support piece 3, lifting is prevented using a ceiling pressing spring A as shown in FIG. 1 and a ceiling pressing spring B as shown in FIG. In the case of the one shown in Figure 1,
A nearly inverted U-shaped ceiling press as shown in Figure 2
straddles the upper part of the ceiling bar 1, and the extrusion piece A1 that can be extended from the lower end of the ceiling presser spring A is brought into elastic contact with the top surface of the end of the ceiling plate 2, and the locking claw protrudes inward of the ceiling presser spring A. A 2 is locked in a locking groove 10 of a ceiling bar 1. In the case of the one shown in FIG. 3, C-shaped ceiling pressing springs B as shown in FIG .
is applied to the upper corner of the ceiling board 2, and the ceiling presser B
The locking piece B 2 at the upper end of is locked in the locking groove 10 .
However, in such a conventional example, when the glass wool ceiling board 2 is used as a ceiling that requires heat insulation and soundproofing properties, the ceiling pressing springs A and B and the foam cushion 11 on the ceiling support piece 3 are used together. However, since the ceiling plate 2 is flexible, it is difficult for the ceiling plate 2 and the ceiling plate receiving piece 3 to come into close contact with each other, and air leakage from the joint part of the ceiling bar 1 cannot be improved. In other words, the pressure of the ceiling pressing springs A and B was not transmitted to the entire length of the edge of the ceiling board 2, and the ceiling receiving piece 3 and the ceiling board 2 did not come into close contact in the area where the ceiling pressing springs were not provided.

The present invention will be explained in detail below using examples. 1 is a ceiling bar with a substantially inverted T-shaped cross section, the horizontal piece at the lower end is a ceiling support piece 3, and the upper end of the vertical body part 5, which is a vertical piece, has a rectangular cylindrical hanging locking part. 9 is provided, and a locking groove 10 is recessed in the lower surface of the hanging locking portion 9 over the entire length. As shown in FIG. 5, the ceiling bar 1 is installed in a grid pattern on the ceiling of the building frame 12, and the hanger 14 provided at the lower end of the hanging bolt 13 suspended from the ceiling slab is connected to the hanging locking part 9. It's stopped. A ceiling board 2 such as a glass wool board is arranged between the ceiling bars 1, and the edge of the ceiling board 2 is placed on a ceiling support piece 3. Furthermore, lighting fixtures 15 are arranged between appropriate ceiling bars 1. As shown in FIG. 7, the packing 4 made of an elastic material has a vertical piece 6 and a horizontal piece 7 in a substantially inverted L-shape in cross section, and extends upward from the corner between the vertical piece 6 and the horizontal piece 7. The cross-sectional shape is such that a protruding portion 8 having a right triangular cross-section is integrally protruded. This packing 4 is arranged over the entire length between the ceiling bar 1 and the edge of the ceiling board 2, and the vertical piece 6 of the packing 4 is placed between the vertical body 5 of the ceiling bar 1 and the end face of the ceiling board 2. Press fit into a gap of about 3 mm, bring the horizontal piece 7 into elastic contact with the upper surface of the end of the ceiling plate 2, and lock the protruding part 8 so that the tip thereof bites into the locking groove 10, as shown in Fig. 6. Attach Patsukin 4. In this way, the vertical piece 6 completely closes the gap, and the horizontal piece 7
The ceiling plate 2 is elastically pressed from above.

As mentioned above, the cross section of the present invention is approximately inverted L in the vertical and horizontal pieces.
The vertical body of the ceiling bar and the ceiling plate are made of elastic gaskets, which are shaped like letters and have a protruding part that protrudes upward from the corner between the vertical piece and the horizontal piece in the longitudinal direction. disposed over the entire length between the edge of the
The vertical piece of the packing is press-fitted between the vertical body of the ceiling bar and the end face of the ceiling plate, and the horizontal piece of the packing is elastically contacted with the upper surface of the end of the ceiling plate, and the tip of the protrusion that protrudes upward from the packing is pressed. It is locked in the locking groove provided on the underside of the hanging locking part at the top end of the ceiling bar.
The ceiling board is compressed along its entire length by being sandwiched between the ceiling support pieces from below and the gaskets from above, creating a double airtight structure that improves airtightness. This improves the performance of the roof, reduces the amount of air leakage, improves the insulation and soundproofing effects, and eliminates the risk of condensed water leaking into the interior of the room. It is able to prevent the ceiling board from lifting up by holding down the ceiling board from above, and it can be installed simply by pushing the vertical piece of the packing into the gap and locking the protruding part in the locking groove, making installation and maintenance easy. It is extremely simple and does not require a specialist and can be easily and quickly constructed even by an amateur.
