【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は建物の天井用伸縮継手装置に関するも
のである。

従来の建物の天井用伸縮継手装置は、第1図に
示すように、対向する天井材1の間隙をエキスパ
ンシヨンジヨイントカバー2にて覆うようにして
一方の天井材1の下面にビス3にて螺締したクリ
ツプ4にエキスパンシヨンジヨイントカバー2の
一側上面に突出した係合突起5を係合させて固定
し、エキスパンシヨンジヨイントカバー2の他側
上面にパツキン6を嵌着して他方の天井材1の下
面に当接させている。このように、対向する天井
材の間隙をエキスパンシヨンジヨイントカバー2
にて覆わせて一側を固定し他側をパツキン6を介
して天井材1に当接させているが、エキスパンシ
ヨンジヨイントカバー2は自重より垂れ下がりパ
ツキン6と天井材1下面との間に隙間が生じ、気
密上および外観上も好ましくない。そこで、本考
案は長期間にわたり使用してもエキスパンシヨン
ジヨイントカバーと天井材仮面との間に隙間が生
じないようにすることを目的として開発されたも
ので、エキスパンシヨンジヨイントカバーの他側
上面に磁石を取付けると共に該磁石に対向する天
井材下面に磁性体を固着したものである。

び外観上も好ましい。また、本考案ではエキスパ
ンシヨンジヨイントカバーで磁石取付部より間隙
より遠ざかる方向に突出部があるため、磁石や板
状磁性体などが見えにくいため、異質感を与える
