固着され、該長孔内を前後動する係止部材と、先

操作により受筒が前進すると該係止部材が該係止
段部に係合して筆記可能となり、クリツプの先端
を拡開して軸筒表面から離間させると該係止部材
と該係止段部の係合が解除し、レフイールが後退
してペン体が軸筒内に没入することを特徴とする
