、ノツク操作により受筒が前進すると該突起部が
該係止段部に係合して筆記可能となり、クリツプ
の先端を拡開して軸筒表面から離間させると該突
起部と該係止段部の係合が解除し、レフイールが
後退してペン体が軸筒内に没入することを特徴と
