く、材料3Aに軽く触れる程度か又は僅か材料3
Aと間隙を置くように配装されており、これによ
つて可動刃5Aと刃受け6Aと共に材料3Aの浮
き上りを阻止しながらその切口を真直かつ平担状
に良好に切断できるようにされている。この材料
浮き防止用シヤツタ11は、材料3Aの厚さ又は
径等によつてその挿通間隔を調整できるように、
第7図に示すとおり、フレーム14に装着したシ
ヤツタ調整ツマミ13でその位置を上下に調整で
きるように構成するのが好ましい。このようなシ
ヤツタ11は、従つて、可動刃5A及び刃受け6
Aによる切断域に不用意に指等が入り込むことを
防止するフインガーガードの機能をも兼ねること
となり、安全対策上からも好都合である。9は材
料整列ガイドを示し、図のように材料送給ローラ
1,2と切断刃との間にくし歯状に形成されて配
装されており、線状又はチユーブ状或いは帯状等
の材料3Aをその首振り等を阻止しながら切断域
に移送されるように作用し、12はこのガイド9
による材料挿通間隔ないしは区分け間隔を調整す
る為のツマミである。なお、10は送給ローラ
1,2の後方に配装したガイドを示し、材料3A
の種類に応じてその挿通間隔を調整できるように
構成するのが望ましい。

るように数種類用意することも可能であり、又、
刃受け6Aもその硬さないしは軟質度を適宜選択
できるように各種予め形成し、かつ容易に交換可
能に設けるのが好ましい。

断用切断装置を安価に提供できる。
