(従来の技術) 最近各種の自然食品すなわち、サツマイモ、シモンイモ
、ニンジン、玄米、小魚等は各種ビタミン、ミネラル、
カルシウム、タンパク貢等の各種栄養素を豊富に含んで
いることか=g康食品として見直され、粉末状、顆粒状
に加工され、いわゆる補食品として市販されている(発
明が解決しようとする問題点) ところで、市販されている粉末状、顆粒状の自然食品は
、まるで薬のようであり、食べにくく、かつ、うまみが
ない為常食化し難い欠点があった又、一般的に人間は老
化すると消化能力が減退し、せっかく摂取した栄養分も
全部は吸収できないことが指摘されでいる。本発明者等
は、食品関係に長年たずされっているものであるが、健
康食品としての自然食品の効用に着目し、これを何とか
食べ易く、かつ、老人にも各種栄養素を十分吸収できる
何らかの製造手段がないかと種々研究していたが、各種
栄養素をうまみのある加工食品とし、それに、消化酵素
を組合せれば、子供から老人まで喜んで食べられ、かつ
、健康的な食品が製造できるとして本発明に到達した。

あるプロテアーゼを総合的に含む、玄米ジアスターゼ、
(大高酵素・・・商品名、大高酵素株式会社)(バイエ
ム酵素・・・商品名、島本微生物工業株式会社)等のこ
とである。この中の玄米ジアスクーゼは、玄米粉をベー
スに温度30〜37℃、湿度90以上に保って純粋培養
したものである。

食品とクリームとの組み合せにしたことにより、非常に
食べ易くなった。
