Claims (1)
- 庫口１０が、表裏両面のうち少なくともいずれ
か一面が電磁波シールド用導電シート２２で覆わ
れた複数の閉鎖パネル２０で閉鎖されるとともに
、閉鎖時に閉鎖パネル２０と庫口周縁との間が電
磁波シールドされるようになされており、隣接す
る閉鎖パネル２０の連接部分において一方の閉鎖
パネル２０に、電磁波シールド用導電シート２２
と電気的に接続された金属製定規縁部材３１が設
けられ、定規縁部材３１における他方の閉鎖パネ
ル２０に接する部分に、閉鎖時に他方の閉鎖パネ
ル２０の電磁波シールド用導電シート２２と接触
するように、導電ガスケツト３８が取付けられて
いる電磁波シールド室の庫口における電磁波シー
ルド装置。
