Claims (1)
- レーザ発振器と、このレーザ発振器からのレー
ザ光をステンシルに向けて集光させるシリンドリ
カルレンズを含む光学系とからなるレーザマーカ
ーにおいて、前記シリンドリカルレンズに対して
前記ステンシルが凸面を形成するようにし、該凸
面は、シリンドリカルレンズからのレーザ光の集
光角度より前記ステンシルからのレーザ光の反射
角度が大きくなるような曲面を形成させることを
特徴とするレーザマーカー。
