Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 原綿等の微細な被搬送物を圧送されるダクトの
内部を覗く透明窓を受光素子の前方に配置し、こ
の受光素子の出力に基づいてダクト内部で発生し
た火花の有無を判別して電気信号を出力するもの
において、 上記受光素子の前面と透明窓間に透明な導電膜
を配置したことを特徴とする火花検知装置。
