    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外光が入射せず、微細粒子（霧）の流入が容易
    な暗箱内の一端部に発光素子と照射光を平行光束
    にする集光レンズから成る発光部を設け、他端部
    に上記照射光を集光させる集光レンズと減光用偏
    光フイルターと受光素子から成る直接光受光部お
    よび霧による散乱光を集光させる集光レンズと受
    光素子から成る散乱光受光部を設け、上記各受光
    部からの出力を比較回路及び判断回路を介し表示
    部へ出力されるよう各回路を構成したことを特徴
    とする霧検出器。
