Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 熱良導性の試料受け台と、該試料受け台の底部
    に上部が吸熱側下部が発熱側となるように密着配
    設されたペルチエ効果を有する冷却素子と、これ
    らの試料容器受け台、冷却素子並びに試料受け台
    上に載置される試料容器の少なくとも側周を囲繞
    する筒状の断熱材とから構成されてなる試料容器
    保持具を試料載置台上に載置し上記冷却素子の発
    熱側を試料載置台面に密着構成したことを特徴と
    する試料容器保持構造。
