Claims (1)
- プローブのプローブガス吹き出し位置に対向し
て配置され、かつリークデテクタに接続配管され
た真空排気系の外部接続口部に気密に取り付けら
れ、前記外部接続口部の入口に連通する通路が形
成された本体部と、この本体部の前記通路の入口
に密着し、上面に被測定物である電子デバイスチ
ツプキヤリアが密着して載置され、その電子デバ
イスチツプキヤリアの密着により電子デバイスチ
ツプキヤリア下面と本体部との間に形成される密
閉空間と本体部の前記通路とを連通させる吸引用
通路が形成された真空シールパツキンとからなる
リークテスト装置の電子デバイスチツプキヤリア
用治具において、前記真空シールパツキンを軟質
ウレタン系ゴムで形成したことを特徴とするリー
クテスト装置の電子デバイスチツプキヤリア用治
具。
