最初一定の上限値を保ち、次にこの上限値から一
定の下限値へ向けて減少し、最後にこの下限値を
保つような相互関係に従つて算出し、且つ電気温
水器の本体外側に温度センサを取付けてその出力
温度が異常に低下する場合及び温水タンク壁面最
上部の温度センサの出力温度が上記混合湯の所定
温度より僅かに高い所定の温度以下の場合上記一
定の相互関係に関わりなく上記混合湯量を上記一
定上限値に保持するように定め、その結果求めら
れた混合湯量から所要の温水タンク内沸き上り温
度を算出し、その算出値に応じて温水タンク加熱
用ヒーターの通電を制御することを特徴とする通
