る。前記油圧圧縮装置は、電動式の油圧ポンプ装
置、携帯用発電機などの地上設備と、柱上などの
作業個所に携行していく圧縮ヘツドがあり、この
圧縮ヘツドと油圧ポンプ装置とが1本の油圧用ホ
ースで結ばれていて、そして油圧ポンプ装置にお
ける電動機及び電磁弁を制御するスイツチが圧縮
ヘツドと共に携行して遠隔操作できるようにリー
ド線で油圧ポンプ装置と連絡されている。係る装
置における従来の圧縮ヘツドは、固定ダイスに対
向する可動ダイスを作動させるピストンが油圧ポ
ンプ装置からの送油によつて往動し、ピストン部
分に備わるスプリングの反撥力によつて復動する
ものであつて、この圧縮ヘツドはスイツチの操作
に基いて作動するようになつている。

内にその両端から夫々挿入してC型コネクター内
で電線相互が重なり合う状態となして圧着を行う
ものであり、この場合作業性の面から予めC型コ
ネクターを圧縮ヘツドの両ダイスに挾持固定させ
る作業すなわち仮止め作業をした後に各電線を挿
入して圧着をする方法が採られている。これが従
来の圧縮ヘツドでは、予めC型コネクターを両ダ
イスに挾持固定させるには運転している電動機を
途中で一旦停止させなければならないから、作業
性が悪く、非能率的である。更に電動機はスイツ
チ操作によつてその電源が切られることにより停
止するものであり、この場合電動機が瞬時に停止
して圧縮ヘツドへの送油が直ちに停止せず、スイ
ツチ操作後、電動機の慣性による回転に起因する
圧縮ヘツドへの送油があり、これによりピストン
が直ちに停止しないという状態が起きる。この結
果仮止め作業において、両ダイスにC型コネクタ
ーを挾持固定させるに必要なストローク以上にピ
ストンが移動して、C型コネクターを異常変形さ
せたり、押し漬してしまうなどの問題を起こし、
仮止め作業が円滑に行うことができなかつた。
