Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 負から正に亘る直流バイアス電圧が重畳された
交流高電圧を発生する交流高電圧電源装置におい
て、 ２次側に主巻線と補助巻線を有し、主巻線から
交流高電圧を出力する交流トランスと、前記補助
巻線の交流出力電圧を整流して第１の直流バイア
ス電圧を形成し、主巻線の交流電圧に重畳する第
１の直流バイアス電源と、前記第１の直流バイア
ス電圧と異なる極性の第２の直流バイアス電圧を
形成し、前記交流トランスの交流出力電圧に重畳
する第２の直流バイアス電源とを備えた交流高電
圧電源装置。
