する真空用吸引通路と、この吸引通路に連通する
真空ポンプと、前記キヤビテイに連通する樹脂供
給通路と、この供給通路の入口部に設けられるホ
ツパと、このホツパの注出口部に設けられる弁装
置とを具備することを特徴とする真空注型用型装
置。
2 前記ホツパは、樹脂供給通路の入口部に対し
着脱自在に構成されている実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項に記載の真空注型用型装置。
3 前記真空用吸引通路と樹脂供給通路とが一部
共用されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に
記載の真空注型用型装置。
4 前記ホツパは主ホツパと補助ホツパとで構成
され、主ホツパの注出口部を樹脂供給通路に接続
すると共にホツパの入口部をカバーで閉鎖し、こ
のカバーに弁装置を有する補助ホツパと真空ポン
プとが接続されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
3項に記載の真空注型用型装置。
5 前記下型は成形品押出し用のノツクピンを有
している実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の
真空注型用型装置。
6 前記下型は、真空吸引とガス抜きとを兼用す
る吸引孔を有している実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項に記載の真空注型用型装置。
7 前記シール手段は、一方の型の合せ面に形成
された凸条と、他方の型の合せ面に形成された凹
条とで構成され、これら凸条と凹条との嵌合によ
りキヤビテイ内の気密保持と所定の型厚保持と上
下型の位置合せとに兼用されている実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項に記載の真空注型用型装置。
8 前記樹脂供給通路は、耐真空および耐外圧性
を有するホースで構成されている実用新案登録請
