泡体の一実施例の概略を夫々示すもので、第１図
は表皮材一体発泡体の成形状態を示す斜視図、第
２図は表皮材とインサートワイヤを下型に配設し
た状態を示す断面説明図、第３図は同表皮材一体
発泡体の成形した状態の断面説明図、第４図及び
第５図は従来の表皮材一体発泡体の表皮材の配設
状態を夫々示す断面図である。 図中、１……発泡成形型、２……下型、３……
上型、８……ピン、１１……表皮材一体発泡体、
１２……表皮材、１２ａ……ピン穴、１３……表

Claims (1)
- 表皮材の位置決め用のピンが成形面に突出形成
された下型と、該下型に型合わせされる上型とか
らなる発泡成形型の前記下型に沿つて表皮材を配
設し、前記表皮材に下型のピンを差し込んで位置
決めし、該表皮材の内側にインサートワイヤを挿
入すると共に発泡合成樹脂の原液を注入し、前記
表皮材及びインサートワイヤと一体に発泡体を発
泡成形して形成される表皮材一体発泡体において
、前記インサートワイヤに合成樹脂材またはゴム
材からなる適宜の厚さを有する液漏防止部材が取
付けられ、該液漏防止部材が前記表皮材に差し込
まれたピンに差し込まれて一体成形されている事
を特徴とする表皮材一体発泡体。
