Claims (1)
- 表皮材を下型に配設し、該表皮材の内側に発泡
合成樹脂の原液を注入し、下型に上型を型合せし
た状態で前記表皮材と一体にパツド材を発泡成形
して形成される表皮材とパツド材との一体成形品
において、前記表皮材が表面側の表皮と、該表皮
の裏面側に接合されたワデイングとから形成され
ていると共に、前記ワデイングの裏面側に一定の
厚さで前記発泡合成樹脂の原液を含浸させ、前記
表皮材のワデイングに発泡合成樹脂の原液の含浸
していない表面側の軟質層と、前記ワデイングの
軟質層及びパツド材より硬質の硬質層をワデイン
グの裏面側に形成したことを特徴とする表皮材と
パツド材との一体成形品。
