Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) レーザ光を筐体に設けた開口部より筐体内
側へ導入させ、筐体内側面で多重反射したレーザ
光を内側に設置した熱電変換素子に吸収してレー
ザ出力を測定するレーザ出力測定装置において、
上記多重反射レーザ光を筐体内側で吸収する光電
変換素子と、該光電変換素子より出力された光電
流に基づいてレーザ出力波形を観測する画像表示
装置を備えたことを特徴とするレーザ出力測定装
置。 (2) 上記光電変換素子は半導体赤外センサであ
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載のレーザ出力測定装置。 (3) 上記筐体は内側球面形状であることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項及び第２項
に記載のレーザ出力測定装置。
