However, according to such a method, if the grain of the wood sheet is unclear, the above-mentioned effect cannot be sufficiently exhibited, and therefore a satisfactory cosmetic cannot be obtained. Treated thin wood sheets are generally manufactured by immersing thin wood sheets of a certain size in a resin bath or placing them in an injection pot and injecting resin. The disadvantage was that it was troublesome to put it into the pot and take it out, and the productivity was extremely low.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, while pulling out a fibrous sheet 1 such as a long strip of nonwoven fabric wound into a roll, an adhesive 3 is applied to the entire surface of the sheet using an applicator roll 2. Further, while the fibrous sheet 1 is being advanced, a plurality of thin wood boards 4, 4...4 having an appropriate length and sliced to a thickness of 0.5 mm or less are placed on the surface of the adhesive layer 3. The end surfaces facing each other in the length direction are bonded together and successively adhered one after another. still,
The thin wood board may have an artificial wood grain pattern obtained by slicing a laminated veneer,

Further, the width of the thin wood board 4 is approximately the same as that of the fibrous sheet 1, and the thickness thereof is as described above.
It is formed to a thickness of 0.5 mm or less, preferably about 0.2 mm, so that it can be easily bent and can quickly penetrate into the interior of the resin liquid, which will be described later. Incidentally, the thin wood board 4 may be colored in advance by dyeing or bleached to adjust its color tone.

The thin wood plates 4 arranged in series in this way,
4... 4 makes a long sheet-like base material 5 that is continuously lined with the fibrous sheet 1, and then, while the sheet-like base material 5 is in progress, a printing roll 6 is applied.
As a result, a desired wood grain pattern 7 is continuously applied to the surface of the thin wood boards 4, 4...4. At this time, a shading pattern may be applied on the wood grain pattern 7 using the gravure printing machine 8.

The reason for performing such printing is that clear wood grain patterns 7 such as straight grain and board grain are applied to the thin wood board 4 with unclear wood grain using the printing roll 6, and the wood grain pattern 7 is created naturally using the shading pattern by gravure printing. This is to give a sense of impression, and since it is difficult to express the darkness of the wood grain especially when it comes to thin wood boards with a thickness of 0.5 mm or less, the combination of such printing means significantly improves the cosmetic properties. In the case where thin wood boards are arranged in a parquet pattern and adhered to the surface of the fibrous sheet, a wood grain pattern that is in sync with the parquet pattern may be printed.

The ink used to create the wood grain pattern on the thin wood boards 4, 4...4 mentioned above is one that will not be immersed or expelled from the printing ink during the subsequent resin impregnation; for example, a water-based ink is used. An ink with a vehicle such as cellulose acetate or the like having excellent solvent resistance may be used.

While paying out a long strip of vinylon nonwoven fabric weighing 25 g/m 2 , apply 50 g/m 2 of vinyl acetate/urea adhesive (mixing ratio 50/50) to one side using a laminator.
After coating, it was passed continuously through a dryer at 80℃ for 1 minute to dry to the touch, and then multiple Agatis veneers with a thickness of 0.3 mm, width of 940 mm, and length of 1850 mm were placed on the surface of the non-touch fabric while it was being applied. The sheets are placed one after another while joining their end faces facing each other in the direction of travel, and are pressed and bonded with a press roll. Thereafter, a wood grain pattern is printed on the surface of this veneer to form a sheet-like base material, which is then wound into a roll.

As described above, the present invention unwinds a long belt-shaped fibrous sheet such as a non-woven fabric, and sequentially attaches a plurality of thin wood boards having appropriate dimensions and a thickness of 0.5 mm or less to each other on the surface of the sheet, while sequentially joining the end surfaces to each other. After forming a long sheet-like base material that can be rolled up by pasting it on the sheet-like base material, a printed pattern such as wood grain is applied to the surface of the thin wood board of the sheet-like base material, and then the sheet-like base material is coated with a resin liquid. Since this relates to a method for producing a resin-impregnated thin wood board characterized by impregnating it with a resin liquid by passing it through a tank, the thickness
Since a long sheet-like base material is formed by lining with a fibrous sheet made of multiple thin wood boards of 0.5 mm or less in size and transferred in the length direction, each thin wood board does not warp or curl as it progresses. Printing patterns such as wood grains can be continuously and effectively applied to thin wood plates attached to a fibrous sheet using a printing roll such as gravure or flexographic printing, and this printed pattern makes the wood grains unclear. Even if it is a thin wood board, its cosmetic properties can be significantly improved.Furthermore, the thin wood board is less than 0.5 mm thick, so it is easy to bend, and the fibrous sheet makes it easy to bend the back surface. Since it is reinforced, it can be easily bent without cracking, and it is possible to wind up a long sheet-like base material made by pasting multiple thin wood boards on a fibrous sheet. Allows for smooth hanging and introduction into a liquid tank, as well as work in narrow spaces.

Furthermore, since the long sheet-like base material is continuously passed through the resin liquid tank, the resin impregnation process can be carried out efficiently, and since the sheet-like base material is thin, the resin liquid can penetrate quickly. In this way, impregnated thin wood sheets can be obtained in a continuous sheet, and after pasting a large size base plate to the sheet, the individual thin wood sheets on the surface of the sheet can be cut into lengths. By doing so, mass production of decorative laminates becomes possible.

Furthermore, in the present invention, it is possible to effectively use wood with low cosmetic value as the thin wood board to be adhered to the fibrous sheet, and moreover, the thin wood board of small size can be attached to the fibrous sheet while joining the end faces of each other. After pasting, a printed pattern such as wood grain is created continuously, so
A product with an appearance similar to a large-sized wood board is obtained, and since the thin board obtained by cutting the resin-impregnated sheet-like base material is flexible, it can be attached to a bent surface to apply decoration. Furthermore, thin wood boards can be colored or dyed in any color in advance, or thin wood boards can be pasted together in a parquet pattern to form a long sheet-like base material. Therefore, a decorative material with even higher cosmetic properties can be obtained.

Furthermore, according to the method of the present invention, printed patterns such as wood grain patterns on the surface of the thin wood board are protected by curing of the resin liquid impregnated into the thin wood board, and the beautiful appearance can be maintained for a long period of time. This has the effect of making it possible.
