を連設して成る移動ホツパを、前記ホツパと型枠
上方との間を往復させて自動的にコンクリートを
型枠に投入する装置があり、これをそのまま流し
込み成形に用いる各種の試みがなされたが、移動
ホツパと各部との間に長い延べ長さのすきまが存
在することおよびホツパ中の全コンクリートの自
重による圧力がかかることなどのため、上記すき
まから多量の水分やコンクリート分が漏れ、いず

クリユーフイーダ、5はこのスクリユーフイーダ
をチエーン駆動する4個のギヤードモータであ
る。6は角枠状の支枠で、防振ゴム7を介して機
枠2に弾性支持してある。8はこの機枠に4個並
設固着した小ホツパで、各スクリユーフイーダ4
の出口の下方に配設され下部に型枠9の上部開口
部9aと連通する流出口10を有する。11は流
出口10の周りに固着したガイドで、型枠9の上
端部を案内し位置ぎめするためのものである。な
おガイド11に囲繞された小ホツパ8の下面に
は、型枠9の上端面が圧接されるので、角リング
状のゴムパツキン等のシール材を張設することが
望ましい。小ホツパ8は扁平な半円錐殻体状の側
板12,12と端板13と一部が円弧状に湾曲し
た底板14を溶接して成る本体15に、上記各側
板と底板に縁部が摺接するゴムブレード17を有
する台形板状の回動式の蓋16をそなえて成る。
この蓋に固着したアーム18は、支枠6に軸受1
9を介して回動自在に取付けた駆動軸20に固着
され、この駆動軸の両端部に固着したレバー21
は機枠2に取付けたエアシリンダ22のピストン
ロツドに連結されている。23は小ホツパ8に取
付けたレベル検出器で、その検出端23aは流出
口10の小距離上方に位置させてある。一方25
は機枠2に上下両端部を固着した直棒状のガイ
ド、26はこのガイドにより案内される昇降自在
なガイドシユー、27はこのガイドシユーに防振
ゴム28を介して弾性取付された横桁、29はこ
の横桁に垂設固着した振動棒、30は横桁27に
取付けた加振器である。各ガイド25付近の機枠
2に軸支した下側鎖車31と、機枠2に回動自在
に取付けた軸32に固着した上側鎖車33との間
にはチエーン34が巻掛けられ、このチエーンに
各ガイドシユー26に突設した腕金35が連結さ
れている。36は軸32をチエーン駆動する減速
機付モータである。また37は型枠9を載せて昇

ンクリートの投入を無人でおこなうことができ、
省力化を達成できる。またこの発明のコンクリー
ト投入装置は、小ホツパとレベル検出器の組合せ
という簡潔な構成のため設備費が安価で済み、型
枠の内容積の変更に対しても面倒な調整作業は不
要でそのまま使用でき手間がかからない。さらに
フイーダからのコンクリートはほぼ直接型枠中に
投入されるので、小ホツパ中でコンクリートが固
化する程度は極く少なく、スランプが2〜3程度
のコンクリートも円滑に投入できる。また小ホツ
