[Detailed Description of the Invention] Conventionally, a safety cabinet equipped with an internal filter for biohazard prevention, etc., has an internal space and a workbench for handling pathogenic bacteria harmful to the human body and specimens contaminated with the pathogenic bacteria, and has an air blower. Clean air is sent into the work area through a filter and used. Therefore, the resistance of the filter gradually increases due to dust, and it is necessary to replace the filter on a regular basis. However, since the filter and the inside of the cabinet housing are contaminated with pathogenic bacteria, do not touch them directly or replace the filter. Opening the mouth to the outside air is dangerous as it can infect the human body and spread pathogenic bacteria to the outside world.

Furthermore, a second invention provides a method for safely replacing a filter with a new one using the above-mentioned filter replacement device, by opening the opening/closing lid of the filter replacement device and removing the bag stored in the storage chamber. Open the drawer and store the used filter in the bag without touching the filter directly, then heat seal the bag between the edge of the bag and the stored filter, and then seal the bag with the heat sealed part. After cutting and removing the sealed bag containing the used filter, a new filter is placed inside the new interior, and the opening of the prepared bag is attached airtightly and removably to the outer periphery of the exchange opening, and the bag is heat-sealed and cut first. Remove the old bag remaining on the rim of the mouth and place it in the empty space of a new bag, heat seal the bag between the internal filter and the bag remainder, and cut the bag at the heat sealed part. After separating and removing the space, the bag and the filter are pushed into a predetermined position in the cabinet, and the bag is folded to a small volume and stored in the storage chamber, and then the lid is closed.

Next, one example of implementing the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference numeral 1 designates the main body of the cabinet, that is, the housing. The interior of the housing 1 has a work space 2 in the center, a workbench 3 below it, a filter 4 above it, and an air blower above it. 5. Filter 4
is detachably crimped and fixed in a predetermined position to the surrounding frame 7 on the lower surface by cams 6, 6 arranged on both sides of the upper surface. The cams 6, 6 are connected to the operation frame 8, which is the central axis of the cams 6, 6.
8 is operated from the outside. Reference numeral 9 indicates a ventilation slot provided at the front and rear of the workbench 8, which acts to receive the airflow passing through the filter 4 from above and descending. The field wall 10 is connected to the upper blower 5 through the communication passage 11 on the rear side, and the blower 5 is connected again.
The ventilation system was designed to circulate air. Reference numeral 12 designates an exhaust fan, which functions to exhaust air to the outside via a high-performance filter 13 provided in front of it.By exhausting a portion of the circulating air, the inside of the cabinet becomes under a negative pressure compared to the outside air. formed,
Bacteria of the specimen stored in the empty chamber 2 during work are prevented from escaping to the outside. According to the present invention, a bag storage chamber 15 is formed on the side of the filter 4 on which the replacement port 14 is located, in the drawing, a part of the side wall is bulged outward to form the bag storage chamber 15, and the cylindrical protrusion The outer periphery of the mouth rim 16 is covered with the mouth rim 17a of a flexible and tough synthetic resin bag 17 made of vinyl or the like for storing a filter, and an elastic annular bandage 18 made of rubber or the like is applied from the outside thereof.
Due to its elasticity, the bag 17 is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the lip 16 airtightly and removably. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, it is preferable to provide a concave groove 16a with an arcuate cross section on the outer circumferential surface of the mouth rim 16, and to fit a rubber ring 18 with a circular cross section into this groove, thereby achieving a strong and stable airtightness. Cohesion is obtained. The bag 17 thus bound is collapsed into a small volume and stored in the storage chamber 15 as shown in the first figure, and in this state, an opening/closing lid 19 is attached to the opening 16, The outer periphery of the lid 19 is tightened and fixed by the tightening screw 20 on the outer periphery to create a strong airtight state.

In order to replace the used filter 4 in the above device, loosen the tightening screw 20, open the lid 19 as shown in the fifth figure, and open the bag 17 that seals the opening 14 that appears there. Pull it out and spread it out as shown. Put your hands into the glove-like concave surfaces 17b, 17b formed in advance on both sides of the bag 17, and use the bag 17 to grasp the used filter 4, which has already been disengaged by the cams 6, 6 inside. It is stored in the bottom of the bag 17. Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the upper portion housing the filter 4 is heat-sealed 21 to a wide width on the bag surface facing the bag 17 using a high-frequency welder, and then, as shown in FIG. is cut with scissors to remove the sealed bag portion 17-1 containing the used filter 4. Thus, at the same time, the bag remainder bag 17-2 is formed in the mouth 14, which is tied to the mouth rim 16 while keeping it sealed. Next, a new bag 17' with a separately prepared new filter 4' placed in the bottom is placed over the remaining part 17-2 and placed over the mouth rim 16 of the exchange port. During this time, the elastic rubber rings 18, 18 are operated. , the remaining bag 17-2
While removing the rim 17a' of the new bag 17' from the rim 16, attach the rim 17a' of the new bag 17' with the rings 18, 18.
6. Fix to the outer circumferential surface airtightly with elastic pressure. The remaining bag 17-2 that was removed in this way is a new bag 17'.
Particularly pre-formed space on the bottom of the pouch part 1
7'c as shown in Figure 11. Next, in order to seal the opening of the space-saving pouch portion 17'c, the opposing bag surfaces of the bag 17' are heated and welded using a high-frequency welder as shown in Figure 12, and the middle of the wide heat-sealed portion 22 is appropriately cut. As shown in the figure, there is a small bag 1 with space left inside for storing the remaining bag 17-2.
7'c is separated and removed. It has a sheet seal part 22 on the bottom surface. Thus, the new filter 4' in the new bag 17' is manually operated from the outside of the bag and stored in a predetermined position in the cabinet, and then the new filter 4' is placed in the cabinet.
7' is folded into a roll from the bottom to make a small volume and stored in the storage chamber 15 as shown in the first figure in the same manner as described above, and the lid 19 is closed and the filter replacement is completed.

In this way, according to the present invention, the bag is airtightly attached to the filter exchange port provided in the housing, and the bag is folded and stored in the storage chamber, so that it is possible to take out the filter without touching the filter directly when replacing it. Then, using heat sealing technology, the old filter is sealed, separated, and removed, and a new bag containing the new filter is stacked on top of the other. This eliminates the hassle and danger of spraying a disinfectant such as formalin inside the safety cabinet and then removing the filter, which would otherwise be required to spread bacteria to the outside. This has the effect of allowing filter replacement work to be performed easily and safely without any trouble.
