The air from the combustion blower 1, which has been preheated by the vaporization heater 19, and the oil from the oil level regulator 7, which has been pressure-fed by the static pressure in the air supply pipe 2, are mixed into a gas-liquid mixture. Coming in. Then, it instantly becomes gaseous inside the vaporizer 16, passes through the diaphragm plate 17 and reaches the flame port 20 of the burner head 18, where it is ignited by the ignition plug 24.
A flame is formed between the outer periphery of the burner head 18 and the inside of the flame-holding wall 21. After combustion, the vaporization heater 19
The heat required to vaporize the kerosene is transmitted to the wall surface of the vaporizer 16 because the flame stabilizer wall 21 or burner head 18 is heated by the flame, and the heat recovered from the flame vaporizes the kerosene. At this time, the amount of heat recovered from the flame is very large, and it is necessary to cool the outer circumferential surface of the vaporizer 16 for safety reasons, so air is flowed into the outer circumference of the vaporizer 16 and the space 23 inside the shear heating case 14. to cool the vaporizer 16 and control the temperature. At this time, the air flowing into the space 23 flows through the through hole 27 of the outlet 19b of the vaporization heater 19.
If more water flows out, the cooling effect of the vaporizer 16 will be reduced, so the through hole 27 of the shear heating case 14 is closed with a partition plate 28 to prevent leakage.

Conventional laminated burner heads are, for example,
As shown in Publication No. 80425, the head was assembled at the same time as being attached to the burner casing, and was assembled integrally by inserting each piece into a threaded rod and tightening with nuts. Therefore, it is necessary to stack the sheets one by one by aligning the threaded rod insertion holes provided in each laminate, which reduces assembly efficiency.
The workability is poor, and the threaded rod is located near the flame opening and becomes an obstacle that disturbs the flow of vaporized gas.
This was one of the factors that made combustion unstable.

By configuring the burner head in this way, when assembling the burner head, it is possible to assemble the burner head into the burner casing after being integrally connected in advance, which eliminates the work of aligning the threaded rod insertion holes one by one as in the conventional method. This is no longer necessary, improving ease of assembly and workability. In addition, since the plurality of laminated plates 18a to 18g are connected to each other at the inner periphery, the connecting portion is located at the part farthest from the flame mouth, and the flow of vaporized gas by the connecting portion to the flame mouth. The effects of this can be minimized and combustion can be stabilized.

As described above, in the present invention, the burner head is constructed of a plurality of donut-shaped laminated plates, and these laminated plates are laminated in a predetermined order by forming an appropriate number of caulking pieces or notches. Since each laminate is integrally connected by bending the caulking piece and engaging the notch, it is possible to separate the connecting portion that connects each laminate far from the flame opening. In addition to stabilizing combustion, the burner head can be integrally connected in advance before being assembled into the burner casing, which significantly improves assembly and workability and reduces cost.
