タとから構成され、前記輻射加熱ヒータは前記加
熱ブロツクに対して間隔をもつて電気絶縁状態で
支持されており、前記加熱ブロツクには試料片の
電気特性測定のための電線が接続されたことを特
徴とする材料の温度電気特性測定用加熱装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項の温度電気
特性測定用加熱装置において、前記加熱ブロツク
の受熱部には、凹凸面が形成されたことを特徴と
する加熱装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２
項の温度電気特性測定用加熱装置において、前記
加熱ブロツクの試料片載置部は、該加熱ブロツク
の前記片面に形成された凹部であることを特徴と

項のいずれかに記載の温度電気特性測定用加熱装
置において、前記加熱ブロツクには、試料載置部
に近接した位置に温度測定素子が配置されたこと
