(Prior art) Methods for making the pattern of the ground sole of footwear difficult to erase include improving the overall abrasion resistance by manipulating the composition of the rubber or synthetic resin ground sole material, or increasing the height difference between the unevenness of the pattern. There are things being done.

However, both methods wear out (accordingly, the difference in height of the unevenness decreases, and eventually the difference in height disappears, the pattern disappears, and it becomes slippery. Also, materials with high wear resistance are generally The purpose is to provide a grounding sole that has the same slip resistance as when it was new, since the grounding sole made of this material has a non-flexible stopper pattern.

(Means for solving the problem) A piece of rubber or synthetic resin with higher abrasion resistance than the material of the grounding sole body is placed at a suitable location on the grounding sole body made of rubber, synthetic resin, or a foam thereof that retains flexibility, so that the end surface is It is exposed on the ground plane of the ground sole body or will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Figures 1 to 3 show how the grounding sole of the present invention wears out. Figure 1 shows the thickness of T in the initial state, and an enlarged cross-sectional view of the grounding surface of the grounding sole, showing the effect of the present invention. It is flattened to make it easier to understand.

The depth Δt of this depression stops when it reaches a certain depth. This is because the effect of scraping the rubber sole of the ground, dirt, sand, etc. weakens as you go upwards from the ground. The rubber sole base material 1 at the back of the recess is not scraped off until the tip of the rubber sole base material 1 is scraped off and becomes lower.

The height difference Δt generated in this way is maintained even if the grounding sole is worn down to T-t as shown in FIG. 3, and the pattern of the grounding bottom due to this unevenness does not disappear.

(Embodiment) FIGS. 4 and 5 show an embodiment of the present invention applied to a rubber ground sole for athletic shoes. FIG. 4 shows the entire bottom surface of the flexible rubber sole base material 1, in which a large number of highly wear-resistant rubber pieces 2 are arranged. In the examples, the shape of the rubber piece is cylindrical or rectangular. The heel part is a plate with square holes that is abrasion resistant, and small pieces are densely placed in it. There is also an i at the tip of the knob! jtThe abrasive rubber piece 2 has a recess 3 around it to prevent it from falling off due to bending. However, if the same material is used and the bonding with the rubber sole body is good, the kubomi is not necessary.

FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a portion of a rubber grounding sole according to another embodiment of the present invention. Here, a wear-resistant rubber piece 2 is completely embedded in a flexible rubber sole main body 1, so that when the ridges of the ground-contacting sole are worn away by use, the wear-resistant rubber piece is exposed.
