Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the area of a control circuit substrate through simplification of the wiring of the substrate, by a method wherein, a control part is pressed, a conductor is deformed and forced into contact with a resistor, and a voltage corresponding to the contact position is converted into a digital signal, which is inputted as a cooking condition. CONSTITUTION:By pressing a position, corresponding to a desired cooking mode, of the positions of a cooking condition set part 5, a conductor 11 is forced into contact with a resistor 12 to produce a voltage V0. The voltage V0 is converted into a digital signal by means of an A/D converter 23 to supply the signal to a control part 20. The control part 20 inputs the value of the digital signal as a cooking mode, and a heating control circuit 21 is controlled according to the cooking mode. Namely, since a key matrix circuit is eliminated, the wiring of a control circuit substrate where the control part 20 is situated can be simplified, and this simplification enables decrease in the control circuit substrate areas and reduction in a cost.

(Prior Art) Generally, a cooking device such as a microwave oven is provided with an operation panel on the front of the main body, and the operation panel is provided with a large number of keys for setting cooking conditions. These keys pass through the operation panel and are arranged on a control circuit board on the back side of the operation panel, and constitute a key matrix circuit on the control circuit board. In addition, the control circuit board is provided with a control unit that controls the entire microwave oven, and a large number of signal lines (digit signal lines) are arranged from the control unit to the key matrix circuit, and further from the key matrix circuit to the key matrix circuit. A large number of signal lines are provided to the control section.

In this way, the voltage V at the level corresponding to the pressing position
o is obtained, A/D converted, and taken in as the cooking conditions, so it is possible to reliably set the cooking conditions without using a conventional key matrix circuit. That is, since a key matrix circuit is not required, the wiring of the 1111 circuit board on which the control section 20 is located can be simplified, thereby reducing the area and cost of the control circuit board. Since the area of the control circuit board can be reduced, the overall shape of the microwave oven can be reduced.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, there are provided a conductor that deforms due to the pressure applied to the operating section, a resistor that is provided facing the conductor at a distance and to which a predetermined voltage is applied, and the resistor. Since an analog/digital converter for converting the voltage generated between one end and the conductor into a digital signal and a means for taking in the output of this analog/digital converter as cooking conditions are provided, a key matrix circuit can be used. This is an excellent cooking device that allows you to set cooking conditions reliably without having to worry about anything, and this simplifies the wiring of the control circuit board and reduces the area of the control circuit board, making it possible to downsize and reduce costs. can be provided.
