  1. 熱源機に放熱器を接続して暖房回路を構成し、
    この暖房回路に風呂用等の暖房目的以外の熱交換
    器を接続すると共に、放熱器をバイパスするバイ
    パス路には、バイパス路外周にコイルを配しバイ
    パス路内にはバイパス通路を有する磁性体のプラ
    ンジヤとプランジヤにより開閉される弁座とが配
    される開閉弁を設けたことを特徴とする温水暖房
    装置。
