Boxes for storing various products such as detergents are manufactured by assembling folding cartons, and as shown in FIG. 1, transport boxes 1 are used for transporting the boxes. This transportation box 1 accommodates a large number of folding cartons 2, for example, 500 sheets, and during transportation, four cartons are placed on a pallet 3 in a spiral shape. When filling the contents, the carton is assembled prior to filling. In this case, conventionally, after tearing the transportation box or opening the lid, an operator takes out a desired number of folded cartons and supplies them to a feeder magazine of a filling machine. The folding cartons are supplied to the feeder magazine by arranging the folding cartons in a row on the conveyor extending to the feeder magazine, and then driving the conveyor.
The folded cartons on the conveyor are fed into a feeder magazine.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the transportation box of the present invention is a transportation box that accommodates a plurality of plate-shaped objects in a stacked state, and the storage opening to be opened is aligned along the stacking direction of the plate-shaped objects. It has a box shape with one side as the entire surface and the other five sides as walls, and the storage opening has a ceiling plate that penetrates through the ceiling plate so that it can be freely inserted and removed in the direction along the storage opening surface while a plate-shaped object is being accommodated. A drop-off prevention plate is attached that reaches the bottom plate and prevents the plate-shaped objects from falling off.

As shown in FIG. 2, the transportation box 1 of this embodiment has a rectangular parallelepiped box structure with one side open and the other five sides forming walls. The folding cartons 2 are sequentially stacked and inserted into the open storage opening 4. For example, folding carton 2 is 500
Since there are many sheets, the storage opening 4 is elongated in the stacking direction, that is, in the height direction. Furthermore, slits 7 and 8 are provided at the center of the edges of the bottom plate 5 supporting the folding carton 2 and the ceiling plate 6 facing the bottom plate 6 on the storage opening side, respectively. A band-shaped drop-off prevention plate 9 is inserted into these slits 7 and 8. The fall prevention plate 9 has a width slightly narrower than the length of the slit 8, and its length is slightly longer than the length from the lower surface of the bottom plate 5 of the transport box 1 to the upper surface of the ceiling plate 6. Further, the portion of the fall prevention plate 9 that protrudes above the ceiling plate 6 is wider than the length of the slits 7 and 8, so that the transport box 1
When lifted up, the drop-off prevention plate 9 is prevented from falling downward from the bottom plate 5. This wide part is provided with a groove 10 along the width direction, and a grip part 11 is formed therein. Therefore, it is convenient to grasp this grip portion 11 when inserting and removing the drop-off prevention plate 9 into and from the slits 7 and 8 in the direction along the accommodation opening surface. In addition, when the falling-off prevention plate 9 is inserted into the transport case 1, the falling-off prevention plate 9 is attached to a person who has the role of preventing a large number of folding cartons 2 stacked and stored in the transport case 1 from falling out of the transport case 1. The slits 7 and 8 are located slightly away from the edge of the storage opening side of the group of folding cartons 2 stacked and stored on the storage opening 4 side. Furthermore, the ceiling plate 6 is provided at a position lower than the upper ends of the three side plates 12 that form the peripheral surface of the transport case 1, so that the upper end of the grip part 11 of the falling prevention plate 9 in the device state is from the upper edge of the transport case 1. I've learned not to stand out. Such a transport box 1 is shipped and transported with the storage opening 4 and the upper part of the ceiling plate covered with covers 13 and 14 made of paper, respectively.
Note that the cover 14 that covers the upper part of the ceiling board serves to prevent the falling-off prevention plate 9 from falling off.

Next, using such a transport box 1, fold the folded carton 2 into the feeder magazine of the contents filling machine.
This section explains the work of supplying. The shipping box 1 is generally arranged in four boxes on a pallet 3, as shown in Figure 3a.
The pieces are placed in a stack of individual pieces and transported to the carry-in end side of the conveyor 15 extending to the feeder magazine of the content filling machine. Therefore, the cover 1 of the folding carton 2 located on the extension of the conveyor 15
3 and 14 are removed, and the transport box 1 is laid down on the conveyor 15 with the storage opening 4 facing the conveyor surface. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3b, the drop-off prevention plate 9 is removed from the transportation box 1. As a result, the folding carton 2 placed on the drop-off prevention plate 9 due to the forward tilting of the transportation box 1 is directly placed on the conveyor 15 when the drop-off prevention plate 9 is pulled out. Then, the third
As shown in FIG. c, the transport box 1 is lifted upward and removed from the group of folding cartons, and the operation of supplying the folding cartons 2 onto the conveyor 15 is completed. The transport boxes 1 are arranged in advance on the pallet 3 so that the receiving openings 4 correspond to the conveyor surface.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, the drop-off prevention plate may have a structure that allows it to be locked after being inserted into a shipping box. Further, the transportation box does not necessarily have to be covered with a cover.

Since the transport box of the present invention is constructed as described above, after the transport box 1 is placed forward on the conveyor 15, the falling prevention plate 9 is removed, and then a series of steps are performed to lift the transport box 1. In one operation, all the folded cartons 2 in one transport box 1 can be easily fed onto the conveyor 15 extending to the feeder magazine of the contents filling machine, allowing high-speed, large-volume feeding. . Moreover, according to such a method of supplying the folding carton 2, the number of workers can be reduced. Moreover, this transportation box can be easily automated.
