- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外周が円形に形成されて、中心が回転工具
に装着されて回転研磨に使用される研磨デイスク
に於て、研磨デイスクが不織布製のデイスクで、
不織布のデイスクは部分的に押圧状態にプレスし
て密に結合されており、この密に結合された部分
に位置して両面に貫通して冷却孔が穿設されてい
ることを特徴とする研磨デイスク。 (2) 研磨デイスクが円盤状である実用新案登録
