【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案はバツグインボツクスに関するものであ
る。[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention relates to bag-in boxes.
近年2枚の方形の合成樹脂フイルムの周囲を溶
着した袋体の所定位置にバルブが固着されている
内袋とカートンとからなり、バルブをカートンの
透孔より外方に突出させ、このバルブにノズルを
螺着してなるバツグインボツクスが用いられてい
る。しかしながら、上記のような四周を溶着した
内袋では、内袋に固着されているバルブをカート
ンの透孔を通してこれに外方よりノズルを螺着す
ることによつて内袋とカートンとを一体化してい
るため、内袋を膨脹させた場合、バルブ部分の周
囲に皺ができる。これは、内袋が方形に4周にお
いて溶着されている上に、バルブ部分のみがカー
トンの内面に固着されているため、内袋の膨脹に
よる袋体の余分の部分によつてできるもので、特
にバルブ固着部分の周囲、袋体の上方隅部に近い
ところに不自然にして無理な皺ができる。

本考案のバツグインボツクスは2枚の方形の合

ブをカートンの傾斜面の透孔より外方に突出さ
せ、このバルブにノズルを螺着してなるバツグイ
ンボツクスにおいて、前記内袋を膨脹させた際の
バルブ固着部分の周囲における皺の発生を少なく
するように、前記袋体の両隅角部寄りの所に斜の
溶着部分を設けたものである。

るのであるが、バルブ4が固着されている側にお
いて、その周囲を第2図のように山形状に斜の溶

5,6で区画された隅角部は製造工程において把
持部として利用することができ、製造を容易なら

を挿通し、外方よりノズル8をバルブ4に螺着す
ることによつてカートンブランクと内袋とを一体
化し、しかる後にカートンブランクをカートン7

このバルブに外方よりノズルを螺着させているか
ら、内袋に山形状の溶着部を設けたことと、内袋
をカートンの側斜面に取付けたこととが両々相俟
つて、内容液で内袋が膨脹しても、両隅角部がな
くて、極端に屈曲することがないから、皺の生じ
ることが少なく、内容液を充填したバツグインボ
ツクスを輸送した場合、液圧による内袋の皺部へ
の繰り返し屈折で生ずるピンホールの発生も少な
いことになり、耐久性にすぐれている。
