Abstract

PURPOSE:To form an aesthetic mosaic pattern on the surface of an ornamental craftwork made of Pt by heat treating Pt stock at a specified high temp. when the craftwork is produced. CONSTITUTION:When an ornamental craftwork such as a pendant is produced with Pt stock 3 formed into a prescribed shape and having a hook 5 through which a chain is passed in one body, the Pt stock 3 is heated to such a high temp. as 1,500-1,700 deg.C to form a light-blue mosaic pattern on the surface 6. Light reflected from the surface 6 is scattered like scintillation according to angle, so a visually splendid and noble Pt pendant 1 having a jewellike appearance is produced.

<Summary of the gist> This invention is applicable to decorative crafts such as physically processing a platinum material in a predetermined shape for coin bars, pendants, etc. and embedding it in pendants, coins, shields, etc. For inventions related to products, it is necessary to first create a platinum material with a predetermined shape.
This invention relates to a decorative craft made of platinum, which is heat-treated at an ultra-high temperature of 500° C. to 1,700° C. to provide an aesthetic pattern structure such as a mosaic pattern on the surface.

<Prior Art> As is well known, platinum or platinum bullion is an extremely important metal in economic as well as economic terms, and has been traded as a useful material as the basic material for many metal products, and has been used for many years. It is distributed as a stable material, and has long been considered an object of private ownership because of its value as an asset.

Recently, due to its property value, it has come to be distributed in people's lives, and it has come to be traded among general consumers as so-called coin bars, coins, medals, etc. In some forms, it is beginning to spread to jewelry such as pendants and crafts such as figurines.

<Problem to be solved by the invention> In the market for nuclide ornaments, crafts, etc., the shape of the items being traded remains almost the same regardless of the market.
For example, in the case of Pendant 1, which is a circular platinum product shown in Figure 4, the color tone is due to specular reflection due to the physical properties of its face-centered cubic structure. Because it absorbs uniformly across wavelengths, it only has a cold, smooth, glitter-like hue that is unique to white platinum, and only a frame 2 is formed, which gives a sense of satisfaction when purchasing platinum as an asset. However, as mentioned above, there is currently a lack of variety in the aesthetic designs used for pendants, coins, and ornaments, making it difficult to attract purchasers. Because they unilaterally and strongly highlight only their value, they are unable to gain competitiveness.
The problem was that distribution was not stimulated because the competition was based solely on the advertising power of the mass media and on the strength of capital.

<Means/effects for solving the problems> In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the structure of the present invention, which is summarized in the above-mentioned claims in accordance with the above-mentioned object, is a device formed into a predetermined shape such as a pendant or a coin. Platinum material from 1500°C to 1700°C
℃ ultra-high temperature treatment, the surface has a pale blue mosaic pattern with scintillation-like reflections that are scattered depending on the angle, creating a precious metal atmosphere that is visually luxurious and has an elegant jewel-like image. We have taken technical measures to allow decorative crafts to retain their asset value over time without losing their value, and to give decorative crafts an attractive aesthetic design.

The illustrated embodiment is a pendant used as an accessory for decorative crafts, and the platinum material 3 is molded to have substantially the same external shape as the pendant 4 shown in FIGS. It has a rectangular size, and a hook 5 for passing a chain through is integrally formed on one side.

As a result, a roughly turtle shell-like or mica-like pattern 7 is raised everywhere on the surface 6, and a mosaic-type pattern is formed on the entire surface as a pattern studded with light angles.
In other words, depending on the viewing angle, it is partially reflected in a cinderella-like tone of light blue, mixed with the smooth, glossy white of the platinum material 3, giving the image of a pale, cold, fantasy noble gemstone, and the appearance of precious metals. Make it look gorgeous.

Therefore, by using such a pendant as an accessory, it can give the owner a special, fashionable, fantastical look that is unique to its owner. It has a light nostalgia-like elegant color tone and a bewitching shine, giving it the same satisfaction as a jewel. In particular, it gives women an extremely satisfying feeling, creates an image of a precious gemstone, and sufficiently increases the attractiveness of the product when handling it.

Since the platinum cord material 3 is chemically stable and therefore stable against sweat and environmental atmosphere, the mosaic-like structure formed on the surface 6 of the pendant 4 as described above. Pattern 7 will not disappear or fade when worn as an accessory, and from this point of view, the gorgeous mosaic atmosphere that makes precious metals look like jewelry will not change over time. The added value of the product through transfer or resale does not change along with the asset value, and the distribution function as a product can be sufficiently maintained.

By performing ultra-high temperature treatment at temperatures between 0°C and 1700°C, a pattern resembling a pale noble gem in a mosaic style is embossed everywhere on its surface, forming a pale blue glow that glazes in parts depending on the angle of the light. By making it a commercially available decorative craft, the original property of platinum remains unchanged, and in addition to acknowledging the fact that it is a precious metal, it has been changed to a pale blue scintillation color. 1 is uniformly harmonized with the white color of the base metal, and the images of precious metals and gemstones create a rich and noble atmosphere, adding value as ornaments and crafts in addition to the real asset value of precious metals. This not only increases the psychological satisfaction of the owner, but also arouses the consumer's desire to purchase and spurs distribution.

In addition, due to its nature as a platinum bullion, it is chemically stable and does not change over time even if you carry it with you, carry it around, or install it as a piece of furniture in your room, making it difficult to resell! However, the above-mentioned practical value of precious metals and the added fashion value of accessories do not decrease in any way, and the market value remains almost the same. The effect of Qin was brought to light.
