Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the added value of the title object by heating a raw gold material of a specified shape at a temp. above the recrystallization temp., and etching the material with aqua regia to render an aesthetic design to the material. CONSTITUTION:The raw gold material 3 is formed, for example, in the specified shape in a pendant as a personal ornament of craftwork. The material 3 is heated, for example, at 800-1,000 deg.C which is higher than the recrystallization temp. of gold, and then etched with aqua regia. As a result, the grain boundary 7 rises completely to the surface 6 of the material, and Gothic or arabesque design is formed on the whole surface as an inlaid pattern. Consequently, a heavy gem-like image, a so-called quiet feeling as if fumigated, is provided to the material 3 instead of the smooth, planar, and lustrous gold in addition to the splendid aspect of the noble metal. As a result, the added value of the product 4 as a commodity can be enhanced.

<Prior art> As is well known, gold or gold bullion has fundamental economic importance, is traded as a useful material as a basic material, and has been a stable material and currency for many years. It has long been considered a subject of personal deeds due to the implication that it is an asset.

Recently, due to its property value, it has become pervasive in people's lives, and it has come to be distributed among general consumers in the form of so-called coin bars, coins, or medals.
In some forms, it is beginning to spread to accessories such as pendants and crafts such as ornaments.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> In the market for nuclide ornaments, crafts, etc., the shape of the products in the transaction is almost constant, and there are many products that have no added value other than that. For example, in the case where a gold product is used as the pendant 1 as shown in Figure 3, the color tone is only the smooth hue characteristic of so-called golden gold, and the frame 2 is only formed. Therefore, although it is satisfying to purchase gold for asset preservation, as mentioned above, the aesthetic design of gold when used for decorative crafts such as pendants, coins, and figurines is lacking. There is a limit, and it is difficult to arouse the desire to purchase. Also, even on the supply side, only the property value is exposed, so competitiveness cannot be gained, and the advertising power of the mass media etc. and mere capital. The problem was that they only competed based on market share based on force, and distribution was not activated.

It is treated at a high temperature of 1,000°C or higher, for example, to make the face-centered cubic lattice grain boundary structure stand out on its surface in a gorgeous gothic or arabesque pattern, creating visually luxurious jewelry. We have taken technical measures to give decorative crafts the precious metal atmosphere that gives them the image of a precious metal, retain their asset value over time without losing their value, and to add aesthetic design to decorative crafts. It is something.

As a result, the grain boundaries 7 are raised all over the surface 6, forming a pattern inlaid with Gothic type or arabesque type patterns, which is commonly called a gold color instead of the smooth all-over luster of the gold material 3. It gives the impression of a heavy, smoked jewel with a somber feel, giving it the luxurious appearance of precious metals.

Therefore, by using such a pendant as an accessory, the owner can obtain the same satisfaction as a gemstone that has an exceptionally fashionable color tone and deep shine unique to the owner, and is a rare and valuable gemstone. It is possible to create an image that the product has, and it is possible to sufficiently increase the added value in terms of handling of the product.

Of course, there is the added value of accessories such as pendants, and the asset value of gold is not affected by the above-mentioned high-temperature heat treatment or etching treatment, so there is no loss of wealth. There are no disadvantages.

Since the gold material 3 is chemically stable, it is stable against sweat and environmental atmosphere.
As described above, the crystal grain boundaries 7 formed on the surface 6 of the pendant 4 do not disappear or fade even when worn as an accessory, and from this point of view, the precious metal becomes more like a jewel over time. The luxurious atmosphere of the buchitsuku and arabesque styles remains unchanged, and therefore, the value-added product value through transfer and resale does not change with the asset value, and the distribution function as a product can be sufficiently maintained. I can do it.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to this invention, basically 1ooo from gold material
After performing high-temperature treatment above the recrystallization temperature such as 'C', etching treatment with aqua regia is performed, and a deep jewel-like pattern similar to a diamond or arabesque is embossed everywhere on the surface. By making it a craft,
The original value of gold as an asset will not change in any way, and in addition to recognizing the fact that it is a precious metal, the so-called sour base color tone will be uniformly harmonized with the golden color of the base metal, and it will become a precious metal. The image of the jewelry is duplicated and creates an expensive atmosphere, increasing the added value as an ornamental craft in addition to the actual asset value of precious metals, which not only provides psychological satisfaction to the owner but also increases the value for general consumption. It has the excellent effect of arousing people's desire to purchase and spurring distribution.
